Came to Sephora to get make up. Grace was amazing, so patient and so kind. Spent an hour with me and spent an hour with my mom to make sure that our make up was exactly what we wanted. I wanted to use only non-toxic brands and she was so knowledgeable and patient with me. It took me forever to find a lipstick and she was amazing through the entire process. Grace is amazing!

I went over the weekend and Michelle that works there was attentive and kind, she recommended a lip stain for me and I love it. The energy from the other workers there were stand-offish no one asked me if I needed help although I had products in my hand and tried things myself. They usually are always asking if you need help but not that day just glanced and act like they didn't see me. Michelle made my day then on top of it all I got a sample that I love. She's the best a needs to be like a manager or something.

My time today at Sephora in Manhasset was wonderful. I have never been to this location, and the staff and experience made a fabulous impression on me. I want to shout out one specific staff member, Styliani for helping me find all that I was looking for and more. She was so approachable, kind and knowledgeable about all the products. Styliani made fabulous and relevant suggestions based on my makeup and skin care needs. She took her time to accurately shade-match my foundation, and didn't settle for anything but a perfect match. She was patient answering any questions I had, and gave me at least 20 minutes of her undivided attention. Styliani is a spectacular saleswoman. This isn't the closest location to my home, but it it worth driving a little further because of the outstanding experience.

Came here to get my makeup done for a wedding. The lady did a great job. Asked me what I wanted and made sure I liked things. I scheduled it for 10 bit they don't open the doors till 10. Once inside they ran around for a bit trying to figure out what to do with me because it seems that the lady who was supposed to do the makeup wasn't there yet and she didn't show for at least 15 mins into the session when we finally started. Luckily the lady didn't switch out to the other one because I heard her talking about how she was sick. Glad she was at least wearing a mask.

Kerry Ann was one of the best sales associates that I’ve encountered in YEARS. She was so kind, so PATIENT, so helpful and not in a rush even though closing time was approaching. She stood out from the rest of the crowd with her kindness to each person that approached her. She was so pleasant to be helped by. I bought the Sephora lip balms, Sephora mascara, and tarte concealer. She recommended it all. You could tell she knew what she was doing. She is a professional, knowledgeable in makeup, and a good person overall. Give her a raise. Will be coming back to her soon.

My sisters and I went to this location for 60 minute full face of makeup services. I had called the day before to let the store know we would be on an expedited timeline for a wedding and if we could keep it closer to 45 minutes/ensure we don’t go over the 60 minutes that would be great. The associate I spoke said she would relay the message but we would find out that clearly it was not. When we arrived I again told one of the makeup artists, Brigid, that we needed to be done no later than an hour for a wedding. Brigid ended up taking 90 minutes on my sister and didn’t even end up setting her face with powder and was rushing at the end. Tildy, my makeup artist, came in 15 minutes late and reeked of cigarettes. She applied my foundation with her fingers which felt extremely unsanitary and odd for a full coverage look I was asking for. She had another artist add lashes for me who ended up added a ton of liquid eyeliner to me when I specifically did not want that- adding more time to the process to fix it. The stars on this review are solely for the beauty advisor who did my other sisters makeup and and ended up taking the time to fix and finish mine and actually listened to what I wanted - unfortunately I can’t remember her name. I will say that out of my sisters and I - only the advisor’s makeup that took the shortest amount of time and fixed mine lasted the longest.
